Bending the wrists a barbell grip from below. Initial position – sitting. Forearms on the bench. The bar of the bar holds a grip from below – in the “lock”. Brushes slightly unbend:

– draw a breath, brush upward towards yourself;

– At the end of the movement to exhale.

This exercise trains the wrist radial flexor, the long palmar muscle, the ulnar flexor of the wrist, and the deep and superficial flexors of the fingers, which, despite being deep, usually constitute the bulk of the total workload of the wrist flexors.
