Arm Exercises. Arm muscles are fixed to the shoulder bones, humeri, forearm and hand bones. Their task is to bend and unbend the elbow, as well as to move the wrist and hand in any direction and their retention in a constant position.

Upper arm muscles take part in moving the shoulder joint forwards and backwards. These muscles interact with shoulder, chest and back muscles in performing all pushing and pulling movements.

Arms exercises are usually performed in the second half of the training session after working out back or chest muscles. However, if Your arms fall behind, they may be worked out in the beginning of the training session too, or You may contribute all training session time to the arms.
