Bending of hands on the LARRY-SCOTT

Bending of hands on the Larry-Scott. The starting position is sitting. The handle-neck of the simulator is held with a grip from below, placing your elbows on the board:

Since the hands are tightly supported on the board, the motion can not be simulated. Since at the beginning of the movement in the lower position, the load on the tendon is large enough, it is more effective to use light weight.

To avoid injury to the tendons, do not straighten the arms completely, do not use too much weight, pre-warm the muscles well beforehand.

This is one of the best exercises for isolated processing of biceps. It also trains the brachial muscles and, to a lesser extent, the brachial muscles and round pronators.
